Step 1 - Determine How Much Beef Fits Your Needs
With each portion of beef there comes more freezer requirements for proper storage. Click through whole, halves and quarters below to learn more about how many meals each package provides, what kind of storage space is needed, what percentage of your package you can expect to be steaks versus roasts and burger, as well as final price per pound.

Step 2 - Fill Out Cut Sheet
During the checkout process, you will be guided to what is called the cut sheet. Here you will select how your whole, half for quarter will be cut and packaged. Need help? Message our facebook page or call/text (970) 646 - 1754 and speak with a Twin Creeks team member for recommendations.
PLEASE NOTE: Cut sheets are a request and not a guarantee. While it is our utmost priority to fulfill your requests, it is not always possible to do so per the USDA packer.

Step 3 - Pay Your Deposit
Are you ordering a whole, half or quarter? Click the link below for the amount of beef you would like to purchase and pay your deposit. Once your final whole, half or quarter is cut and weighed, we will prepare a delivery date. 72 hours prior to delivery the remainder of the cost will be due.
